The staff was AMAZING!!! They were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It is a short walk from the town center. Onsite parking is very handy, safe, and secure with security at entry. I found the facilities clean and tidy.
The front doors are ridiculously heavy. It's difficult to navigate them with luggage.

I noticed that the parking cost £10 per day. The website should clearly state chargeable on-site parking. The room lacked air conditioning, and opening the window introduced noise from outdoor equipment.

the tv signal was unreliable, i wasn't able to watch terrestrial tv.

The location was very convenient. I found free tea and coffee available all day, which i appreciated. I enjoyed the powerful shower (it really helped me relax after a long day).
I found the road outside to be busy (i should've packed earplugs). The breakfast was poor, with no fried eggs available, a shame.

I had some issues with the shower. The hose had a kink that needed propping up. the TV signal was unreliable, so I mostly used my phone for entertainment.

the location was really great. parking onsite made things EASY. the express facilities did the job.
the room faced the main road, SO traffic made it noisy. i couldnt open windows cause road noise was too loud. the connecting door meant i heard other guests.
